- Keep children and pets away from construction areas
- Provide access to utilities and services as needed
- Remove valuables and fragile items from work areas
9. Change Orders and Modifications
Any changes to the original project scope must be approved in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. Change orders require:

We will not proceed with any changes without your explicit written approval.
10. Cancellation and Termination
