2. Deposit Refunds
Cancellation Before Project Start
If you cancel your bathroom renovation project before work begins and before materials have been ordered, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus any direct costs incurred during the planning phase.
Planning costs that may be deducted include:
- Permit application fees and processing costs
- Design work and 3D visualization time
- Site assessment and measurement services
- Travel expenses for consultation visits
Cancellation After Materials Ordered
If you cancel your project after materials have been ordered but before construction begins, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus:
- Cost of materials that cannot be returned or cancelled
- Restocking fees charged by suppliers
- Direct costs incurred during the planning phase
Notice Requirements
Cancellations must be provided in writing with at least 7 business days notice to be eligible for a refund. Email or written letter is acceptable.
3. Workmanship and Quality Guarantees
One-Year Warranty
We provide a comprehensive one-year warranty on all workmanship and materials. If we fail to complete work according to industry standards or agreed specifications, we will remedy the issues at no charge to you.
Defective Work Resolution
In the rare event that significant defects are discovered that cannot be reasonably repaired, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution, which may include partial refunds based on the scope of the defective work.

4. Change Order Refunds
If a change order results in a lower total project cost than originally contracted, refunds will be processed within 30 days of project completion.

5. Material Refunds
Unused Materials
Any unused materials that can be returned to suppliers for credit may be refunded to you, minus any restocking fees charged by suppliers. This typically applies to:
- Specialty tiles or fixtures that were custom ordered
- Surplus materials from accurate measurements
- Items in original packaging and condition
Defective Materials
If defective materials are discovered after installation and replaced under manufacturer warranty, any additional costs associated with replacement will be covered by us at no charge to you.
This includes labor costs, additional material costs, and any necessary rework to replace defective items.

- Normal wear and tear: Normal wear and tear as outlined in our warranty terms
- External factors: Damage from natural disasters, accidents, or misuse
- Miscommunication: Issues resulting from unclear communication about project scope or expectations
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our initial response to your refund request, we encourage open communication. Our dispute resolution process includes:
- Direct discussion with project manager or owner
- Mediation services through the Better Business Bureau
- Third-party inspection if quality is disputed
